NRM Group, the independently owned supplier of technology solutions to the broadly based gaming and betting industry, has strengthened its team with two customer-facing appointments.

Graduate Jayne Walsh, who joins from Smith & Nephew, has assumed the newly created post of Central Support Manager with primary responsibility for co-ordinating NRM’s installation team and being the ‘go to’ person for customers. At Smith & Nephew she worked as a Procurement Analyst, creating and managing tenders across the globe.
Darren Riddell, whose CV includes periods working with Coca Cola, Paramount Studios, Mecca and Gala, has joined NRM as Operations Support Engineer with a remit to help transition the acquisition of Big Deal Games and help in the development of its own existing platforms. He has been working in the technology and entertainment industry since 1995 and has helped develop, install and roll out one of Europe’s largest tablet gaming platforms.

Looking ahead to what he believes will be another successful year for the NRM Group, Managing Director, Andrew Ludlow said: “2018 has been a strong year for NRM but it’s important to build the team in line with the growth of the business. In Jayne and Darren we have been successful in identifying and recruiting two talented and dedicated people who not only have great skills but who also share the ‘whatever it takes’ values that underpin the NRM philosophy and our approach to delivering exceptional products and exceptional service. It’s great to have them as part of what is a growing and talented team.”
